Insurance

As a service to our patients, our practice accepts as part of the total payment most dental insurances coverage, including non-managed care, indemnity (traditional) and PPO out-of-network. 

We participate directly with Delta Dental insurance and DeCare insurance. We do not participate directly in any other insurance network. Our accounting staff will prepare all the necessary forms for your dental benefits. Our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits will be.

Payment Policies  

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. Your account is your responsibility when you request treatment care at our office. 

For your convenience we accept cash, personal checks, money orders and  all major credit cards. We offer a line of credit called Care Credit that offers periods of interest free payments or extended payment plans at reduced interest rates. 

There are several state of the art procedures now available in modern dentistry that are not covered by dental insurance. Unfortunately insurance companies coverage is almost always behind the leading edge in hi-tech health care. When your insurance doesn't cover your treatment or when more extensive care is necessary, our office can help you with financial arrangements.
